The Bedrooms
|
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 - First floor king and twin, access to balcony with sun loungers, table for 4, superb 270' panoramic views. Bedrooms 3 and 4 - Ground floor king and twin, access to garden and covered terrace. |

Bedroom 1 has a separate walk-in shower and a large bath, perfect for sipping champagne!
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have walk in showers. Bedroom 4 has a bath with shower over. There is also a cloakroom accessible from house and terrace. |

Fully fitted with polished granite work surfaces. There is an oven, hob, extractor, drinks fridge, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The kitchen comes well equipped with everything you could wish for.

Open plan living and dining area
|
A bright, spacious living/dining area, furnished to a very high standard. It overlooks the swimming pool and enjoys superb sea and countryside views. There is a 32" UK Sky satellite TV, DVD player, playstation 2, stereo with USB/bluetooth connection and a selection of books, boardgames and DVDs.

Cleaning, linen and maid service
|
Towels and linen provided. There is a weekly maid service where fresh bed linen and towels are provided and basic tidying undertaken. Towels are for domestic use only, please bring your own beach towels.

Notes on accommodation
This villa is for 8. However by agreement, a 9th person may be accommodated on a fold down bed or travel cot. This would be situated in Bedroom 3, the king size room on the ground floor.
Extras
Air-conditioning £100 extra per week. Pool heating (recommended April, May, June, October) £100 extra per week.

High chair available for hire at management company current rates.
Cleaning and linen change is done every week however additional services can be booked at additional cost.
Outside
Accessed from all the ground floor rooms, the covered terrace enjoys a beautiful planted border with fabulous sea views beyond. The ground floor main terrace has a wind out blind to provide shade from the afternoon sun, the outside table easily seats 8 and there is an additional seating area where drinks can be enjoyed on a sofa and chairs. The swimming pool can be viewed comfortably from the terrace. The upper terrace has 2 sun loungers along with a further seating area.
The outside area is split cleverly by the covered terrace. On one side there is a grassed garden area, overlooked by bedrooms 3 and 4, perfect for children playing and on the other side, the 8x4m swimming pool with extensive terracing and sun loungers. There is a delightful shallow seating area in the pool, excellent for young children as well as steps leading into the main swimming area.
There is a BBQ for alfresco cooking. The pool man visits twice weekly and the pool can be electrically heated for an extra cost. The garden is managed by an irrigation system with a gardener visiting weekly.
Coast/Beach
The beach of Binibeca is a few minutes drive or a 10 to 15 min walk away. Access is down a few steps through a shady wooded area, ideal for picnics. There are sun loungers, parasols, watercraft and kayaks for hire on a lovely sandy beach, sheltered and safe for non-swimmers. The oldest beach bar on the island, Los Bucaneros provides excellent food, drink and ice-cream. There is also a Little Train that travels the coast road between Binibeca Vell and Punta Prima, another popular resort.
Travel
Mahon airport is 20 mins drive away. Car hire is recommended although not essential to enjoy this villa's location.
Distances
Within a few mins walk from the villa, there is the Poblador des Pescadores or Fishing Village. Here you will find a small supermarket and restaurants in an attractive cobbled traffic free environment. Well worth a visit is Sa Botiga in S'Ullastrar, a wonderful deli style supermarket 5 mins drive away. In Sant Lluis, there is a good range of local shops, bars, restaurants and banks, as well as a petrol station. The historic and beautiful capital, Mahon, is just a short drive away.
